Chair-ity Auction

'Chair-ity' auction slated for Oct. 2

MONROE -- The Business Improvement District's third annual "chair-ity" auction is set for Saturday, Oct. 2.

Chairs will be on display for the silent auction in the lobby of Wisconsin Community Bank Wednesday, Sept. 22 through Friday, Oct. 1. On Saturday, Oct. 2, the chairs will be taken to the north side of the Square for display during Octoberfest and Chili Cook-off. The auction begins at 1 p.m. with minimum bids of $25 per chair. Money raised goes to charity of the designer's choice.
